Thanks to the provision of Mother Nature as shown on the map of Africa, Nigeria is positioned as a trigger (if Africa is handled like a pistol). As funny and mysterious as this seems, this reality somehow explains why Nigeria has turned out to be the most popular, populous and influential country in Africa. Just as a pistol cannot unleash its potential except the trigger moves, one is be tempted to believe that Nigeria’s inability to turn up for change has been the key reason why Africa has not dropped her ‘third World Cloak’.
